Is moissanite a real gemstone?
Yes. Moissanite is its own gemstone (silicon carbide), not an imitation like cubic zirconia or glass. Natural moissanite is extremely rare, so jewelry moissanite is lab-grown.
Will it pass a diamond tester?
Standard thermal diamond testers read moissanite as diamond. Professional multi-testers can tell them apart.
Will it get cloudy or lose its sparkle?
No. The stone keeps its brilliance. The plating on the metal can wear over time, so take your pieces off before showering, swimming or the gym.
I have sensitive skin. Can I wear it?
